Eric Stiffing managed to be the most efficient, knowledgeable, patient, and kind plumber I've ever hired (a fine balance of qualities on any day, but this was also the day after Christmas). He took time to explain the details of each job he could perform on our clogged washing machine pipe without in any way steering me toward one or another option. I would hire him again in a second! 😊
