The guys had to install our new smart toilet and it shipped with missing parts. Smart toilets are not as easy and quick to install as regular ones. This was a job that took hours to complete and they worked their you-know-what's off.

They were great, got geared up and went under the house, and found… no leak. Which is great, they didn’t make me feel foolish, they were super nice all around.
